I know what it’s like to feel lost. There was a time when I believed I wasn’t as good as others, which made it nearly impossible to enjoy my life. In my 30s, I developed severe depression and chronic pain. That experience pushed me to embark on a journey of healing and self-empowerment that changed my life forever. Through that process, I discovered the incredible power of somatic practices. They helped me release trauma, reconnect with my body, and reclaim my inner strength—and now, I’m here to share with you what I've learned.

Welcome to Somatic Yoga Evolution, a six-week online somatic yoga program designed to help you heal from trauma and chronic stress, break free from self-judgment, and rediscover your resilience. Whether you’re new to somatic practices or a seasoned yogi, this program meets you where you are and provides the tools and support you need to thrive.

FAQs

Do I need to have yoga experience?

No! Somatic Yoga Evolution is designed for all levels, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to yoga. The focus is on tuning into your body and building self-awareness rather than achieving specific poses.

What equipment or space do I need?

You will NOT need to buy any special equipment for this course 😊

You’ll need:

  • A comfortable, quiet space for practice.

  • Blankets, pillows, and towels.

  • Access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone for the modules and live meetings.

How much time will I need each week?

Plan to dedicate about 3-4 hours per week. This includes time for the online module, the live cohort meeting, and 2-4 half-hour personal practice sessions.

What if I miss a cohort meeting?

Unfortunately, I can’t provide make-ups, but the cohort meetings will be recorded and shared to the course dashboard. You’ll be able to watch a replay if you like.

Is this program trauma-informed?

Yes, Somatic Yoga Evolution is rooted in trauma-informed principles, prioritizing your safety, comfort, and autonomy. You’ll be guided to listen to your body and move at your own pace.

What if the cohort meetings are at a time that doesn’t work for me?

Each 6-week session includes a regularly scheduled cohort meeting. Meeting times will vary across sessions to accommodate different schedules. If you need special accommodations, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to assist.
