In my class, you’re 100% in control of what you do with your body, and I respect your need to set your own pace. Whether you're navigating pain, recovering from trauma, or simply seeking greater ease in daily life, Somatic Yoga Therapy empowers you to cultivate self-trust, emotional regulation, and lasting well-being.

About the 8-Week Course

Before beginning this course, you’ll receive a 1-Hour private session where we'll get to know each other and set intentions. Over the 8 weeks, the classes are thoughtfully planned to progress at a pace that is beneficial for the participants. The classes are 90 minutes long, meet once per week, and offered on a sliding scale.

Level 2 begins March 2

Sundays from 4:30-7pm

Level 1 Begins May 7

Wednesdays 6-7:30pm

Cost:Sliding Scale $240-400

You'll notice the price has increased a little. This is because I've created a relationship with a local non-profit organization to provide a free spot to one of their high-needs clients. I know you must be curious, but in order to protect the confidentiality of the participant, this is all the information I can give.
